Getting started

From spreadsheets or legacy software to one ledger.

  1. Tell us your SACCO type

Deposit-taking, non-deposit-taking, employer-based or community — the answer shapes the products and reports you need.

  2. Register your SACCO

Start an application. Registration is reviewed before activation, with a scoped migration assessment for teams moving existing records.

  3. Invite staff and members

Set roles for the team, invite members into the Member App, and run the first reporting cycle from the ledger.

Questions SACCO teams ask

Practical answers before you get started.

Does using SenteRail make our SACCO compliant?

Software supports your record-keeping and review process. Your SACCO remains responsible for its obligations, lending decisions and submissions. SenteRail does not provide regulator approval.

Does SenteRail file returns for us?

No. Ledger records and exports support preparation, but your SACCO reviews and submits its own returns. These exports are not automatically completed statutory forms.

Who can access the records?

Staff access is based on assigned roles. Your team can review approvals and postings through the audit history.

How do we get started?

Register your SACCO or book a walkthrough with your team. Applications are reviewed before activation; moving existing records starts with a scoped migration assessment.
